How ERP Advisor handles your information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
The answers you give in the wizard, anonymous usage analytics (which steps you view and where you stop), your approximate location derived from your IP address, and — when you choose to see your full report — the contact details you submit.
Analytics & consent
Privacy-light analytics run by default and do not identify you. Only if you press Accept on the consent banner do we attempt to identify your organisation (via your IP) or enrich your details to tailor our follow-up. You can decline at any time without affecting your results.
How we use it
To generate your ERP fit report, to improve this tool, and — where you provide contact details — to follow up about your ERP project. We do not sell your information.
